everything was simply great. convenient hotel, really enjoyed our stay here. the room was new-fashioned and outstanding with a wide balcony, a beautiful view of the stream in the back and a nice sized bathroom. the location was pleasant and the services were great. the property was a perfect place for enjoying a nice enough area. the meals in an air-conditioned restaurant were appetising.

The place was reasonably priced. We booked a guest room with 2 bedrooms and a beautiful view of the stream in the back. the staff was understanding and courteous, offered us wake-up service and ironing free of charge. the location of the hotel was great and pleasant, in the Zagan area. It was a short walk to the center, Zagan, purely because of Stalag Luft III and the center of town.

We really liked the triple room here - it was so convenient! the fact that there was central heating was a big plus, and having a work desk and a TV with satellite channels was great too! 🌟.

The location was great, so close to the downtown area and very quiet in terms of traffic. The staff were very polite and courteous. We really appreciated the spacious bathroom and central heating in our queen room. The multi-channel television and sitting area were great additions. The garden view from our room was a nice bonus. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the "Great Escape" Stalag 3 museum and the Stalag Luft 3 monument.

During my recent stay at a charming hotel in Zagan, I had the pleasure of experiencing the beautiful view of the stream in the back. The room was great and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was accommodating and offered to do our laundry for us. The breakfast was wonderful each day and the restaurant on-site served delicious food. The hotel was conveniently located and provided easy access to the downtown area. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was located in a beautiful park, which was very pleasant to walk around, especially during the Christmas season. The food was also excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. the room was very spacious, which was great for our family.
Our stay was also plagued with problems. First of all, the noise level in our room was unbearable, with a loud motor running all night and a noisy ventilator just outside our window.
